All events include ARC distribution to our team via direct to kindle addresses. You can also provide your own ARC link if you prefer. Don’t forget to give us the password in case you have it protected that way! We will not accept links that require newsletter signup for these ARCs.
For best results, ARCs should be sent out no less than 7 days before release – or earlier if possible.
Cover Reveals/Pre-order Blast includes:
A collection of reveal graphics provided by us, a media kit that includes pre-made social media posts for all platforms, pre-made HTML with two variations, and all information on your book for tour participants to share or build their own posts. Kits are sent out to participants who have signed up for your event and to our masterlist, twenty-four hours before the cover reveal to prevent an early share.
Release Blitzes/Blog Tours Includes:
Tour graphics provided by us, a release media kit that includes pre-made social media posts for all platforms, pre-made HTML with two variations, and all information on your book for tour participants who prefer to build their own posts. Release blitz media kits are sent two to three days before release to participants who have signed up for your event and to our masterlist.
Media kits are sent to authors for approval a minimum of 3 to 5 days prior to being sent to participants. If we do not hear back from you on approval by the day before media kits need to be sent to participants, we will accept that as approval of the media kit and schedule it to send.
Bookstagram Tours include:
Instagram tour images, a giveaway and story image provided by us and pre-made Instagram posts for easy sharing. Bookstagram media kits are sent to participants who have signed up for your event and to our influencer masterlist two to three days before the release date. Media kits are sent to you for approval a minimum of 3 to 5 days prior to being sent to participants. If we do not hear back from you on approval by the day before media kits need to be sent to participants we will accept that as approval of the media kit and schedule it to send.

Please be advised that if at any time Queer Rising PR discovers the content of your books, your social media, or yourself are involved in anything that is harmful or criminal we do reserve the right to discontinue a working relationship with you. This includes but is not limited to anything explicit involving minors, racism, ableism, and homophobia.
Queer Rising PR does not support the use of AI and supports all human artists. Covers, graphics, or writing containing AI will not be promoted by Queer Rising PR. We understand mistakes can happen in this new world we are navigating and will always bring it to the author’s attention if it is discovered any part of their cover/graphics contain AI. However, if the author chooses to go forward using those designs, we will end our working relationship with them.
We do not give an expected number of sign-ups as we cannot guarantee any number. We send sign ups multiple times to our team, share them across all our social media pages, and encourage authors to share their sign-ups. Many factors play into the number of participants that sign up from genre, tropes, series, release dates, if participants have already read the author or not, etc.
